Health

  I think I'm not healthy. Because I don't do any exercise except walking  to university and my mealtimes is irregularity.

  But I recently take care of my meals than before. I living alone, and there are nothing some meals unless I make. Until a few months ago I was cooking little, buying foods and eating out (almost at the restaurant I had worked). Now I cook almost every day because I have some times. I'm always careful to take in vegetables and have well-balanced meals. My cooking skill might be better.

  Also as to the exercise, I try not to use elevator and escalator. So I go up stairs as well as possible. However there aren't enough to keep my health, I try to do more exercises such as running.

  1. How did you improve your cooking skills? CookPad? I think steaming vegetables is an easy way to have healthy food (you can eat them with various other things). Steaming saves the nutrients. I used to make big pots of food and have the same dinner two nights. It saves time.
