I think I'm not healthy. Because I don't do any exercise except walking to university and my mealtimes is irregularity.
But I recently take care of my meals than before. I living alone, and there are nothing some meals unless I make. Until a few months ago I was cooking little, buying foods and eating out (almost at the restaurant I had worked). Now I cook almost every day because I have some times. I'm always careful to take in vegetables and have well-balanced meals. My cooking skill might be better.
Also as to the exercise, I try not to use elevator and escalator. So I go up stairs as well as possible. However there aren't enough to keep my health, I try to do more exercises such as running.
